COVID-19 PROTOCOL

  • Participants will be required to follow our Daily Self-Monitoring for Covid 19.

  • Face coverings will be required in all University buildings and at camp events.

  • Upon arrival each morning, each participant will have his/her temperature taken and answer COVID screening questions. 

  • Guidelines for social distancing as prescribed by the CDC and UTA policy will be strictly followed.

  • All food will be provided by on-campus food vendors, who are required to adhere to strict Covid safety protocols.

  • If a camper begins to exhibit COVID symptoms or becomes ill while at UTA, the camper’s parents will be contacted, and immediate pickup will be required.

  • In the event of a COVID exposure, protective measures will be taken including contact tracing, quarantine or removal from camp, cleaning of relevant facilities, and notification of all affected campers and parents.
